The best part of Oscar season may be the little gold figures some get to take home... But for the rest of Tinseltown, it's the freebies. Star has the insiders' look at just some of the gifts nominees and other celebs received in honor of Oscar week.

There is a male and female gift bag both valued at $15,000. Here are some highlighted items that stars such as Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Demi Moore, Keira Knightley and Angela Basset all took home:

In addition, Keira Knightley took home a right hand diamond ring by H. Stern. She tried it on and loved it so it was given to her. Teri Hatcher and Paris Hilton got a gold moon and star necklace with diamonds valued at $1500 by Mia & Ko.

Celebrities such as Bai Ling, and Sasha Cohen received Taryn Rose shoes, and numerous beauty products such as shampoo, conditioner, etc. Jessica Alba stopped by and had a manicure next to Regina King.
Los Angeles Confidential Suite

All Oscar nominees and certain A-List celebrities such as Eva Longoria, Gwyneth Paltrow and Pierce Brosnan will receive the most expensive gift bag from all the suites worth over $77,000 by Madison & Mulholland. Some of the items in the gift bag include:
- A picture of the celebrity made out of chocolate and put into a Swarovski crystal frame worth $2,000
- A trip to Las Alamandas Mexico (near Puerto Vallarta) worth $10,000
- Therasage massage bed worth $3,200
- A gift certificate good for $20,000 worth of cosmetic eyelid and facial plastic surgery with Dr. Faramarz Davidi
- $7,000 gift card to Classic Car private club - they rent cars such as Porsche's and vintage cars
- The most expensive perfume in the world, Clive Christian $650 per bottle
- 3 carat diamond encrusted watch by Avianne worth $3,000
Revlon
(L'Ermitage Hotel)
Mariah Carey - stopped by with her manager for 40 minutes on Wednesday evening, March 1st. She had her make-up touched up by Kristofer Buckle for Revlon using all Revlon ColorStay products. She tried on a few pieces of Graff jewelry and admired the more than $250 million in diamonds that were in the suite. She also chatted with Gilles Mendel, the designer of J. Mendel and he showed her a few of the gowns that he had in the suite. Mostly it was about the make-up, as she and Kristofer Buckle are good friends. She was given a huge bag of Revlon product to take with her.
Each nominee will be given a purse filled with Revlon make-up that was especially picked out for them by celebrity make-up artist Kristofer Buckle. Inside the bag, friends of the nominees wrote good-luck notes to them. The notes are tied up together and presented to the nominee.
Diamond Lounge

Celebrities who attend will take home necklace by Fileena Coral as well as a trip to the Bora Bora Nui Hotel in Tahiti worth $8,000. Penny Marshall stopped by the suite today and picked up a pair of tennis shoes by Osiris and Beverly D'Angelo got a micro-dermabrasion treatment on her face. Macy Gray was there all day supporting her new clothing line and giving out t-shirts to those in attendance. She was excited to receive a pair of Osiris shoes but was bummed to find out they only go up to size 10. She wears a 12!
L'Oreal Suite
(The Four Seasons)
Each nominee will receive a Lambertson Truex Crocodile clutch as well as a slew of L'Oreal products.
Kwiat/Kodak
(The Four Seasons Hotel)
Kwiat and Kodak have teamed up together and Kwiat has monogrammed each nominee's initials on a Kodak Easy Share V570n camera. Nominees will also be gifted with a weekend at the Lodge at Torrey Pines as well as a weekend in a Maserati Spider. At their cocktail party, Terrance Howard stopped by to borrow a pair of diamond cuff links for the Oscars and Marcia Gay Harden browsed the millions of dollars in diamonds.
Platinum Guild International's Red Carpet Jewelry Preview

Services include offering to pick up celebrities in a 2007 Jaguar XJ and treatments such as manicures and laser facials. On March 3rd, Frances Fisher, Brittany Murphy and Andrea Bowen all stopped by and left with a gift bag worth $3,400. Some of the items include:

- Amazon.com certificates
- Gift certificate with a certified nutritionist
On the way out, Brittany Murphy was gifted with a platinum ring by Christian Bauer, which she was thrilled to receive.
W Magazine Hollywood Retreat
(Private home in Beverly Hills)
Earlier in the day, W Magazine hosted a lunch prepared by Patina for Arianne Phillips the costume designer for Walk the Line. Though Phillips was the guest of honor, Madonna decided to show up with her manager. They feasted on a southern themed lunch. Items on the menu included, roasted giant perch, chicken breast, succotash, grits and for dessert they enjoyed a banana caramel chocolate torte. After staying for nearly 2 hours, Madge received a $12,000 gift bag on her way out. Items included:

Make-up artists from Chantecaille, styling by Danilo, and eyebrow expert Damone Roberts were all on hand.
