Winemaker's Dinners and a Grand Tasting Spotlight Mexican Gastronomy
CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico (October 15, 2008) - Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts and Spas will host the Cabo Wine & Food Fest 2009 held January 14-18 at all four beachfront Cabo San Lucas properties. The festival will feature winemaker dinners, a private chef's table and cooking classes by award-winning Executive Chef Antonio de Livier. Mexico's Master Champion Sommelier and Pueblo Bonito's Executive Sommelier, Juan Carlos Flores, will design seminars focusing on wines and spirits of Mexico. He will orchestrate the "Wines of the World" Grand Tasting of exceptional selections from Mexico, Spain, France, Argentina and Sonoma, California.
