CANDICE CACERES - Pueblo Bonito Rose
My Husband and I visited the Rose in Cabo for our third year in a row. We extended our vacation this year from five days to eight days. Next year we are thinking of going for ten days since we've had such a wonderful time each year. Once again the Rose didn't let us down. The service was excellent beyond helpful. The facility is still as beautiful as ever! We took the free shuttle to the Sunset where we have stayed once before. The service there is just as fantastic as the Rose. Beautiful pools and LOVE the golf carts! This year we are trying to go back before the end of the year. I recommend the Pueblo Bonito chain to all my friends and family. My brother and his family are at the Emerald Bay right now. I can't wait to hear about how wonderful their trip was also! Not a bad thing to say about Pueblo Bonito Resorts. Nothing but Love!

My family and I stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset last spring. I can honestly say that the service and accommodations were the nicest I've experienced on any vacation thus far. Our condo was at the highest point of the resort so we frequented the sky top pool...which has an amazing view! I would highly recommend this resort when planning a trip to Cabo.

I spent five wonderful nights at this beautiful resort with my Mom and sister a little over a year ago. The grounds were amazing and the rooms were just as nice. We enjoyed complimentary activities at the resort, including aqua aeorbics, yoga, and Spanish and cooking classes. We were very impressed to see a staff member stationed on the beach discouraging guests from walking too close to the newly laid Sea Turtle eggs. We can't wait for our next trip, which hopefully will be soon!

We first visited Emerald Bay last year and became owners. We recently spent our first week at the beginning of July. From the moment we arrived,we were treated as "very special" guests. We soon found out,everyone that stay's there is treated that way! When there was a mix-up in our reservation (we asked for 2 full's instead of a king bed),it was corrected at once. Javiar even suggested the best room to move to and he was right! We were also very pleased with the recommendations for different dining and shopping in Mazatlan (the shuttle service was also excellent). When my son hurt his feet from walking, Javiar was again at the rescue,taking us back to our room (very quickly I must add). When we went shopping for groceries, again the staff was very helpful. What we found out later and plan to use in the future,was that we could have had our shopping done for us in advance (but we still enjoyed going to Mega in town),where everyone is very nice as well. I would recommend Pueblo Bonito to anyone that wants a GREAT vacation.

Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is my favorite place in the entire world. I absolutely live for that perfect week each winter when my family and I can spend a few carefree days at this beautiful resort. Not only is the weather warm and wonderful and the scenery breathtaking, but everything about this place is perfect, even down to the smallest details like the Bath and Body Works lotions or the candies left on our pillows by the housekeepers. The staff at Pueblo Bonito are the kindest, most genuine and caring people on the planet. Every detail of our stay is thoughfully taken care of by smiling, helpful people. Our favorite thing about the resort is the delicious breakfast buffet. The food is fantastic, and the waiters at Las Palomas remembered us and reserved our favorite table for our family every morning. It was great to wake up and see these awesome guys every day, and listen to the piano player and the ocean waves while eating tamales, chilaquiles, and fresh fruits in the envigorating Mexican sunshine. We always have an amazing time at Pueblo Bonito- the most fantastic place in the world. It breaks my heart to leave and I wait all year to return. Me encanta Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, alli todas las cosas son perfecto!!
