We love Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach! Our family goes every Thanksgiving and it is the most beautiful, relaxing vacation we could ask for. We enjoy all the pools (love the Sky Pool), play pingpong and tennis, fish, golf, whale watch and enjoy every minute of the trip! If we're not at one of the delicious restaurants on-site, we can take the bus into PB Rose and enjoy that resort, pool and restuarants for the day. The sunsets are amazing! And the staff is wonderful!! We highly recommend PB Sunset Beach.

I had to just send an email and hope it gets to the right person in charge of the Pueblo Bonito Rose, in Cabo San Lucas. Please forward this on if I have sent it to the wrong email address. My husband and I have been coming down to Cabo since 1998. Every year we plan our BIG vacation down there right after we get back from the last one…and every year we bring more people with us. We have stayed at many of the resorts in Cabo over the last 11 years, and the Pueblo Bonito Rose is by far the best resort we have ever stayed at. The resort location and grounds are just beautiful, and the staff was spectacular! Our favorites were Angeles, our maid, and Wilber, our waiter, but everyone was very professional and were smiling all the time. Everyday was a surprise when we came back to our room to find what other animal Angeles created out of TOWELS!! I really thought if we could just have stayed one more day, I would have gotten a full size giraffe! She was wonderful and our room was always so clean…She is great and we really hope we get the chance to see her again. It's that kind of personal touch that makes really wonderful memories for my husband and me. We were down there with 4 other couples…all at different resorts, and not one of them experience what we experienced at your resort. All they wanted to do was hang out at our resort. Wilber was also wonderful. One of the couples we were with was my husband's parents. They are a little older and loved hanging at the beach, which is fantastic! Unfortunately the heat can get to them. Wilber made sure we got a cabana as soon as one was available…and even went and brought us an umbrella too!! It made all the difference in the world to his parents. It allowed them to really enjoy the beach most of the day. They liked your happy hours! Nothing like drinking and shopping on the beach in CABO! Anyway, I really thought is was important to drop you a line to let you know how great it was to stay there. Like I said, we have stayed at many of the resorts down there, and I have never sent an email thanking them for the experience of staying at their resort. We really do appreciate how hard everyone worked to help us really enjoy our vacation. As soon as we got back to Arizona, my husband and I decided that we will not stay any where else from now on. Looks like you will be seeing us every year…maybe even twice a year if I get my way! We have passed the word around to our friends and family, to definitely stay at the Pueblo Bonito Rose. Thanks for being the BEST to my husband, me, and all of our friends and family. We will be seeing you this spring for our 10th wedding anniversary! Shannon Lanning - Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay
My husband and I were here staying in our timeshare villa before, during and after the Hurricane Rick tropical storm of Oct 2009. This is our second hurricane at this resort and we, and our guests staying with us, felt completely safe. Power was never lost for more than a few minutes in our villa, and not at all in the suites. Minor flooding took place in town, but not at the resort. The cleanup began immediately and you barely even knew there was a storm because they had it cleaned up so fast!! We enjoy the service here. They try hard to make everything perfect. If you report a problem, they are working on it right away to fix it. It is a beautiful resort and they are adding new pools, restaurants, new services and more beautiful landscaping all the time. We were amazed at the changes over the last couple of years! We also take advantage of the free shuttle that takes you up to the PB Mazatlan resort which is closer to the Golden Zone where our favorite restaurants are located. We've traveled the world and this resort really is world class. Although we have not used the spa and gym, our guests tell us the gym is one of the best they've seen. We look forward to coming back year after year. You will too...

my experiience at this beautiful resort was so breath taking we had to buy our own timeshare. We live in Montana and coming to emerald bay each year for xmas time is a very fun and warming time. We stay for 10 days because 7 days arent enough for the fun you have here! .. plus the people and the service is so rewarding you just never want to leave.. I would and have recommended this place to everyone i know.. It october now, and i am counting down the days until i will be here again.. in fact 64 more days to be exact .:) my husband my 18 year son and myself have invited my niece to join us this year.. because its not only fun for us adults but for teenagers as well..
