Four Days at Pueblo Bonito Pacífica in Los Cabos

Imagine this: You have a long weekend coming up and you don’t want to waste it. You want to do something amazing… but you also want the chance to unwind. Enter Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Golf & Spa Resort. This adults-only retreat nestled along Los Cabos’ shores blends its stunning natural setting with architectural sophistication to create a sublime ambiance that most recently earned Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice “Top 20 Resorts in Western Mexico” recognition. Whether you’ve been romanced by Pacífica before or are booking your first dates, we’ve created a four-day itinerary that hits all the right notes.

Day 1: Love at First Sight
Arrive at the award-winning Pueblo Bonito Pacífica and take a moment to freshen up and unwind in your luxurious suite. Breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean or the resort’s desert garden are the backdrop for your stay. Kick off your getaway with a sumptuous dinner at Peninsula Bar. Take your pick from a menu of delicious regional dishes just steps from the beach and follow your meal with a handmade cocktail and live music in the al fresco Lounge.

Day 2: Flirting with Indulgence
Start your first full day in Los Cabos by leaving your cares behind at Armonia Spa. Book a therapeutic massage or a wellness-oriented body treatment, and if you’re enjoying the serene setting too much to leave, add another pampering service from the extensive menu. A rejuvenating facial, perhaps? After a thoroughly relaxing morning, it’s time to hit our closest sister resort, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Grab a bite at The Market. With nearly a dozen unique counters at this European-style food hall, you’re bound to find something that will please your palate. Pick up a few snacks and drinks before you go. Then, head to the Sky Pool, where you can while away the hours admiring the seamless blend of blue on blue as views of the pool’s edge meet the ocean, which meets the sky. For dinner, treat yourself to a sensory feast at LaFrida, our AAA Four Diamond award-winning restaurant. Immerse yourself in a distinctly Mexican menu and panoramic views of the Pacific, and then cap off the evening with music and cocktails at The After at Quivira.

Day 3: Make Your Heart Race
Wake up bright and early to embark on an adventure with Wild Canyon. Glide over the gorge along some of the longest ziplines in the area soaking in breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Then, get dirty with an ATV tour across the desert’s rocky trails and dusty arroyos before enjoying a satisfying lunch at the park. Close out your exhilarating time at Wild Canyon with a camel safari — an activity that switches gears from high speed to overwhelming wonder. Before you head back to the resort, take a moment to visit downtown Cabo San Lucas. With its vibrant bar scene and exciting shopping options, it’s a great stop for drinks and souvenirs. After you wash off all the day’s activities with a nice, hot shower at your suite, make your evening an upscale adventure with a delightful dinner at Quivira Steakhouse.

Day 4: Farewell Embrace
Book an early morning tee time at Quivira Golf Club, widely celebrated as one of the best new courses in the world. This Jack Nicklaus Signature design course offers an amazing game that’s only outdone by the spectacular ocean views from every hole. After exploring the fairways, bunkers, and comfort stations, take the resort shuttle to another of our neighboring sister resorts. If you decide to relax by the free-form pool at Pueblo Bonito Rosé, make sure you stop by Sunsets & Sushi Bar for lunch. The restaurant overlooks Médano Beach and offers uninterrupted views of Cabo San Lucas’ famous El Arco landmark. Sample creative takes on sushi made with incredibly fresh seafood, live music, and unparalleled views of the sunset. Right next door is Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, where you can also enjoy an afternoon lounging by the large swimming pool. Cool off with a round of refreshing cocktails at Cilantro’s Bar, where beachfront dining meets a lively scene. Regardless of where you choose to go, both resorts are located right on Los Cabos’ most famed strand. Don’t miss the opportunity to arrange a private dinner on the beach on your final night in Baja California Sur — under the glimmer of starlight with your toes in the sand.
