A bit more intimate than many of our resort brunches, breakfast at Quivira Clubhouse—situated between the first tee and 18th green on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course—features elaborate dishes, including delightfully caramelized French toast, pancakes, and yeasted waffles all made from scratch. Order eggs any way, including local favorites eggs rancheros and Mexican-style eggs with beef machaca, plus made-to-order omelets. Want more? Try any one of our chef specials finished with house-made sauces and slow-cooked beans. A full bar is available for all your beverage needs, including fresh fruit juices, as well as a dedicated mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Our perfect day includes lunch at Cilantro’s. With its gorgeous views of Médano Beach, Cilantro’s is the ideal place to enjoy good food, good drinks, and good times. From day one, the restaurant’s chef and talented kitchen staff have remained dedicated to serving the best of what’s fresh and have worked diligently to source menu ingredients from local farms, fishermen, and vendors. Any number of fabulous soups, salads, and sandwiches prepared with a Mexican-inspired flair fill the menu every day. Whatever you choose from the restaurant’s mouthwatering menu of fresh seafood and international delights, we’re sure the restaurant’s casual outdoor dining and unobstructed views of Land’s End will delight all of your senses.

Ah, but our perfect day is only half done! After lunch, treat your satisfied bellies to a beach cabana, and loll away the afternoon. When in Los Cabos…relax! Our private beach cabanas at Pacifica are designed to help you do just that, with the ultimate lounging experience waiting for you under the shade of Los Cabos’ warm sun and gentle breezes. Listen to the surf as you sip and savor a refreshing cocktail or crisp white wine. As the latest addition to The Market at Quivira, The After is a chic sports bar for the 21st-century, designed by renowned architectural firm Jeffrey Beers International to give guests an elegant and inviting spot to catch all the biggest athletic events of the year. With 10 massive flat-screen TVs and six satellite dishes, The After will entertain with high-definition broadcasts and the best bar food and drink on the Baja Peninsula. Expect to find 100 fine distilled liquors, 16 unique artisanal beers on tap, and a list of signature cocktails specially crafted by our expert mixologists. The After is open to adults until 2 am. From 11 pm onward on most nights, The After cranks up the music with special theme parties and an in-house DJ.
