Goyita's career began modestly as an assistant to the Sales Director and General Manager at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán Beach Resort, but from early on, she had her eye set on much higher goals. This initial role laid the foundation for what would become an illustrious career. Over 35 years, she has grown along with Pueblo Bonito Resorts, dedicating 33 of those years to various roles within the company. Her journey through the ranks is a remarkable story of perseverance and commitment.

Her transition from an assistant role to higher management echelons is marked by a series of pivotal positions. Goyita's evolution through roles such as Sales Executive, Executive Operations Coordinator, Assistant Manager, and eventually General Manager, reflects her incredible versatility as well as her ever-evolving understanding of the hospitality industry. Each position has served as a valuable steppingstone, allowing her to gain comprehensive insights into the administration and operations of all of Pueblo Bonito Resorts. 

Goyita has helmed four properties as a General Manager within the Pueblo Bonito hospitality group. Her tenure at Pueblo Bonito Rosé and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos — which spanned an impressive 16 years — is particularly noteworthy. These years were integral in shaping her approach to luxury service and guest satisfaction. Furthermore, her brief yet enriching stint at Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas allowed her to acquaint herself with diverse concepts in luxury service, broadening her expertise.

Beyond her professional achievements, Goyita is also a devoted mother to two daughters, Cassandra and Aranza, and a partner to her husband, Ruben Nava. Her role as mother and wife complements her professional life, providing a balanced perspective that informs her leadership style and magnifies the impression she leaves on others.
