As of the latest update, you can now add Suite Service in-room delivery to the features offered by the sleek, easy-to-use PB app. You already know you can rely on the app to plan your trip before you hop on your flight. Now, you can also use it to order room service directly from your phone as soon as you arrive at your resort. With its optimized localization and navigation services, the app pairs your reservation with the restaurants available for in-room dining, so there’s no guesswork. 

The service is convenient and easy to use, just like any of the food delivery apps you use at home. On the PB app, simply select your resort, click on the Suite Service feature, add menu items to your cart, and then confirm and place your order. You have the option to pay via credit card or charge the order to your room.

So, try a new restaurant you haven’t gotten to yet, or get a meal from your favorite spot even when it’s completely booked. Too tired to move after being in the sun and surf all day? Get your meal delivered. Want a late-night snack to add flavor to family movie night? Suite Service has you covered. Gather everyone’s order as you’re wrapping up an offsite activity and track its status while you travel back to the resort. With Suite Service, you can check mealtime off your to-do list as soon as you arrive.

To get it, you can register using your phone, when you make your reservation, by sending an email, or via social media. If you already have an account, all you have to do is log in to see the latest version of the app, and don’t worry if you forgot your login information. Just request a new password via text.
