International Chef’s Day is celebrated this month, so we’re taking the opportunity to shine the spotlight on our staff. And it’s at one of those locations where several of our talented chefs work under one roof. Tucked into Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach on the sun-kissed Pacific Coast of Cabo San Lucas, our 15,000 square-foot food hall opens its doors to hungry guests. The Market at Quivira is Pueblo Bonito’s answer to the great food halls of Europe.

The Market at Quivira boasts an open-floor concept serving an international spectrum of delectable culinary experiences, from gourmet hamburgers at a 1950s style diner to snacks, sides, and mains inspired by traditional Mexican, Asian, Italian, and other fusion cuisines. Modeled to look and feel like the immaculate food halls in places like Harrods in London and The Plaza Hotel in New York, The Market at Quivira not only offers on-the-go tasting opportunities but comfortable seating to accommodate as many as 350 diners. The acclaimed gastronomical treasure has been a foodie destination from the day it opened in December 2016; with 11 unique counters and kitchens, bars, and menus, there’s truly something for everyone. Nearly every eatery is part of guests’ all-inclusive stay, so come hungry!

Craving a panini, hero, or turkey club? Let our deli specialists carve your signature sandwich with the freshest bread, meats, cheeses, and spreads. Serving made-to-order creations, El Deli offers fare from early morning ‘til well past dinner. Ask about our gluten-free options, and look in the case for something sweet to take with you, too.

Viva la Mexico! There’s more to our local cuisine than tacos, tortas, and tamales, and you can try them all at El Mexicano. Expect to savor a range of regional flavors in a spirited cafe where dinner menus showcase ingredients from local farmers and fishermen. Simple sides of tortilla chips with fresh salsa or guacamole and beans and rice offer quick options on your busy days.

Is there ever a bad time to eat spaghetti? We don’t think so, and at El Italiano, we’ve made it our mission to twirl up the best bowl for you and yours any time of day. But that’s not all. Whether you’ve got your heart set on a traditional Neapolitan pizza, a warming plate of ravioli or a handful of cannolis, El Italiano serves up the soul-satisfying Italian fare you crave. Fresh-faced, bright, and delicious, Perfect Balance is The Market’s answer to a wellness bar, combining only the finest organic ingredients to offer guests delicious and nutritious cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, smoothies, salads, healthy snacks, vegan dishes, fish and meat dishes, and more. Feel like trying something new? Sample acai, chia, bee pollen, spirulina, and maca by adding them to a bowl, shake, or tempting spoonful. Better still, many of the ingredients sprout from our own gardens, as well as from offsite organic sources, thus supporting and promoting sustainable farming practices.

Feel the tongue-tingling flavors of the East at El Asiatico. Who doesn’t love a silken vegetable lo mein or stir-fry tossed straight from the wok, mouthwatering Sichuan shrimp, or a plate of artfully rolled sushi? No matter your preference, our dinner menus feature aromatic favorites guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.

And just like that, you’ll feel as if you’re strolling along the Champ Élysées. With visions of sunny Paris dancing in your head, follow your nose to the sweet yeasty smell of crepe batter browning on the pan. A visit to Las Crepas and you’ll melt with pleasure as you tuck into a pocket of chocolate and strawberries or tart berries and powdered sugar. Stuff your crepe with whatever you like! Nothing may be as satisfying as a big bowl of ice cream—the bigger the better, we say—and we’ve got all the toppings to make it uniquely yours at Los Helados. Sample each tempting, creamy flavor until you taste your favorite, and we’ll stack as many generous scoops as you like.

Shake it up with fries at our retro, 1950s Diner. Feel like you’ve stepped back in time when you cozy up to the chrome soda fountain, two-top tables, or retro-fitted cushioned booths. Juicy burgers, plump hot dogs, crispy, crunchy fries, and every other all-American favorite are made to order and served hot by our uniformed staff.
